We’re looking for a qualified Mechanical Fitter / Welder to join our Field Service Team!
Full-Time
$42 / Hour + Travel & Expenses Paid
This is a hands-on, predominantly field-based role working across customer sites on a range of industrial machinery and equipment.
What you'll be doing:
Mechanical fitting, installation & maintenance.
Welding & fabrication repairs.
Working on screening plants, hammer mills, conveyors & augers.
Diagnosing mechanical issues & finding practical solutions.
Cutting, fitting, modifying & fabricating components.
Machinery repairs, modifications & installations.
What we're looking for:
Qualified Mechanical Fitter / Welder or equivalent trade experience.
Strong welding & fabrication skills.
Experience with industrial machinery and equipment.
Confident fault-finding and problem-solving.
Able to work independently on customer sites.
Full drivers licence.
Reliable, practical and safety-focused.

Stainless Steel Fabricator / Workshop Supervisor
We’re looking for an experienced Stainless Steel Fabricator / Workshop Supervisor to join our team in a hands-on leadership role.
Full-Time.
Starting from $45 / Hour.
This is not a desk job. You'll spend most of your time on the tools, while also helping coordinate the day-to-day running of the workshop and keeping jobs moving to the right standard.
What you'll be doing:
Stainless and structural steel fabrication.
TIG welding to a high standard.
Reading and working from engineering drawings.
Allocating jobs and helping manage workshop priorities.
Monitoring job progress and identifying delays early.
Checking and signing off on completed work.
Maintaining strong quality, housekeeping and workshop standards.
Supporting and guiding the workshop team.
What we're looking for:
Experienced stainless steel or structural steel fabricator.
Strong TIG welding skills.
Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience.
Confident reading engineering drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and quality.
Experience supervising, mentoring or leading others.
Organised, reliable and practical.
Comfortable having direct conversations and keeping the team accountable.
